We can undertake repairs on most makes of analogue train controller, except the older H and M or Codar types, which have parts in them that are no longer available (e.g. the power rheostat section).
PLEASE NOTE: we are unable to service digital command control controllers and modules.
Just send your controller via signed-for mail, ensuring that it is adequately packed in protective materials such as bubble wrap and/or loose polystyrene chips, in a strong double-walled cardboard box. We will attend to repairs as soon as possible, and return the unit via Royal Mail 2nd Class signed-for service.
We charge a flat-rate labour fee of £20.00 plus return shipping (£4.00 for UK, £8.00 EU, and £12.00 all other destinations), which includes small replacement parts such as rectifiers, transistors, capacitors and resistors. Should the unit require a major item such as a mains transformer, we will let you know the extra cost before proceeding - should you decide not to go ahead with the repair, we will return the unit, and refund your money, minus the return postage cost that we have incurred.
Please send your controller to this address:
