Terms of Business

Please take a moment to review our Terms before ordering.


Delivery

Delivery by post will be by First Class, or Royal Mail Parcel Post, depending on weight.

Export orders will be despatched by Airmail.

We will do our best to meet delivery requirements, but we will not be liable for failure to do so. Any time or date quoted for delivery by the seller is intended only as an estimate. The seller shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever for failure to deliver within such time.

All items listed are subject to availability from manufacturers.

 

Postage/packing
Charges - UK

UK customers, please add 4.00 per order to cover postage/packing. Goods are sent POST FREE if the total order value is 50 or more (this does not apply to overseas orders - see below). There is no minimum order charge.

 


Overseas Orders - Airmail

We welcome orders from overseas customers.

The payment methods available are Paypal, and credit or debit card through Paypal (as a guest). Simply state the goods required, we will calculate the Airmail cost, then create a Paypal invoice for the order cost plus Airmail.

The minimum overseas Airmail charge is 4.50.

 

Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy

The customer has a right to cancel a contract if he/she wishes within 7 days, following the day the contract was made. This can be done by return email, in writing by post or via telephone.

Note that the purchaser is liable for return shipping costs when sending back serviceable goods.

If done by post, you are advised to obtain a Certificate of Posting from the Post Office or send your cancellation notification by Recorded Delivery. Please keep a copy of your cancellation notification.

The ownership of the goods to be supplied by the seller will only be transferred to the customer when full payments for the goods has been made.

Goods returned may only be accepted if they are undamaged and in their original packing.

Damage or shortage of goods must be notified to the seller within seven days.

Under no circumstances shall the seller be liable for loss or damage caused directly, or indirectly, by the goods supplied.

Guarantee

All items supplied by us are guaranteed for one year from date of purchase. We will gladly replace or repair any faulty item, returned within the guarantee period, provided the defect is the result of normal and proper use. Returned goods MUST be accompanied by the original sales receipt.
